Q: Where does Bellavapor ship to?
A: Bellavapor currently ships only within the United States. Unfortunately, due to international vaping regulations, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Important Shipping Restrictions:
Due to state and local regulations, flavored vape products (e-liquids, pods, etc.) cannot be shipped to the following areas:
States: California, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Oregon, Maine, and Arkansas.
Cities: San Francisco (CA), Anchorage (AK), Chicago (IL), and Washington D.C.
If you’re located in one of these areas, please ensure your cart only includes vape kits, devices, and accessories, as these items are not subject to the same restrictions.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number in your order information! Use it on the carrier’s site to follow your package’s journey.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We hustle to process orders in 1-3 business days! Most U.S. orders arrive in 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
Q: Is it safe to pay on Bellavapor’s site?
A: Absolutely! Bellavapor uses SSL encryption to ensure all transactions are secure. Your personal and payment information is protected in compliance with industry standards.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Q: How do I submit a Return Request?
A: To submit a return request, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for return. If any information is missing, we may ask you to provide it or decline the request. All return requests must be made within 30 days from the invoiced date. Once processed, you’ll receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: We process refunds in 1-2 business days after receiving your return. Your bank might take a few extra days to show it.
Q: Why isn’t my coupon code working?
A: Coupon codes cannot be applied to bundle pack products, as they already include discounted pricing. Please check your cart to ensure there are no bundle pack items if you wish to use a coupon code.
Q: Can I combine multiple discounts?
A: No, only one discount can be applied per order. This includes coupon codes, bundle pack discounts, EDM special code, and etc.

A: Click the “Sign Up” button on our website and follow the prompts to provide your information. You can also create an account during checkout.
Q: How can I update my account information?
A: Log into your account, navigate to the “My Account” section, and enter the “Address Book” to add or update your shipping address.
At Bellavapor, we strive to ensure prompt processing of all orders, typically taking 24 to 72 business hours before shipment. Once processed, customers will receive an automated tracking email, confirming the package's readiness for shipment. During checkout, shipping method options and estimated delivery times will be provided based on your location.
For the Western Half of the US, expect 1-3 business days in transit, while the Eastern Half may take 6-20 business days for delivery.
Please note: During peak periods such as holidays or high sales volumes, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. Our dedicated team works diligently to expedite deliveries, and we appreciate your patience.
Operating hours for order processing are from 8:30 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Please be aware that shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends or U.S Federal Holidays.
Due to PACT Act regulations, all packages will require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with I.D. check and shipping carrier has 3 attempts for delivery, please make sure someone is avaialble to sign the package.
If we are unable to ship to your destination, a notification will be indicated at checkout. If it is a temporary pause, we are working closely with the State to resume sales as soon as possible. Please check in with us in a few weeks as our shipping options will be made more available weekly.
Orders with prohibited items will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.
States with Shipping Limitations:
Arkansas, Maine, Utah, and Vermont: Orders cannot be processed or shipped due to state regulations on youth prevention efforts.
New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island: Flavored E-Liquids cannot be shipped to customers within these states, regardless of nicotine strength. The same rule applies to the City of Chicago. Only Tobacco E-Liquid can be shipped to these states.
Maryland: Disposable Vapes cannot be shipped to customers within the state due to local regulations.
Cities with Shipping Limitations:
San Francisco and Anchorage: Vaping products cannot be shipped to customers within these cities due to local regulations.
In compliance with federal regulations, all vape mail orders will necessitate Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette products. To receive the package, the recipient must present a valid government-issued photo identification to the delivery personnel for age verification.
The Adult Signature service incurs an additional charge of $7, included in the shipping cost. Alternatively, if more convenient, we can ship your vape products to a business address. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Delays:The USPS do their best to insure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur due to weather conditions, mechanical problems and driver error. We are NOT responsible for delayed delivery and we do not issue refunds for delayed delivery. We do our best to insure you have what you want, when you want it, as does the USPS , however there are unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery. To avoid late arrival of your package, please order early enough to allow for the making, shipping and travel time of your purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to place an order at a time that will allow it to be made and received by the date needed.
Delivery time of day: We cannot predict or guarantee the time of day the USPS will deliver your package. That is completely out of our hands, and is determined exclusively by the work load and delivery schedule of the individual USPS worker. We cannot schedule a particular time to deliver your package, and we do not issue refunds if your package is not delivered at the time you want it. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
USPS Delivery confirmation: We use USPS to ship our products. All shipments have delivery confirmation which serves as proof of delivery. When the USPS informs us that they have successfully delivered our customer’s package, that is the end of our responsibility as it relates to shipping. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or missing packages, or errors made by Postal service employees.
Tracking your package: General tracking is available for USPS priority mail packages as well as Express mail packages. However, it is not unusual for a USPS Express mail package to arrive before the package shows in the USPS online system. We have no influence on USPS and we cannot make a package within their system move any quicker.
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
